Before you book
Mostly listening. You will be asked what brought you and what you would want to be different, but nothing is required of you that you are not ready to say. By the end you should know whether this feels like a fit.
Whichever works. Sessions move between Persian and English as they need to, including within a single session. It is worth raising in the first session rather than deciding in advance.
You will be told so plainly, and pointed somewhere more suitable. The free introductory call exists partly so that conversation can happen before you have paid for anything.
You pay when you book, and the appointment is confirmed only once the payment has succeeded. Sessions can be bought one at a time or four in advance.
