The practice is the controller of the information you provide here.

What is collected

Your name and contact details, your appointments, your payments and receipts, the messages you send here, and the technical records needed to run the service securely. If you choose to say how you heard about the practice when you book, that answer is kept with your record too; the question is optional.

What is deliberately not collected

This account is an administrative portal, not a clinical record. It does not hold clinical notes, diagnoses, formulations, treatment plans, session recordings or transcripts. Where a treatment record is required, it is kept separately from this application.

Where it is held

Within the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted where no legal duty requires it to be kept.
